Cool trail up Colosseum Mountain...gunning for the summit in the distance.

Yearly Meatfest

A mid-summer trip to Lake Louise and Nordegg with Henkka. Last year we climbed, this year we mountain biked. Both times we only ate meat.

Get a Grip on Mars and Venus

Mars: "Cool!"

Venus: "Not in my house!"

Mars: "Manly"

Venus: "Ghetto"

Mars: "Sustainable, cheap, homemade handyman solution!"

Venus: "You think no sex is sustainable?"

To James

James, I bottled the batch from earlier in the summer about 10 days ago.

The anticipation...and a crisp 'pop' sound

The pour. Not bad so far. I did not refrigerate it beforehand.

The warm glow

The drink. Not bad at all. Minimal homebrewy smell/taste, smooth, tasty, buzz inducing, and considering it's only been 10 days I consider it a smashing success!
